SERVICE AND WARRANTY

Dear Customer,

Keeping selling prices as reasonable as possible is one of our main aims. Your assistance is needed to make sure we can keep this promise. To avoid unnecessary costs for service and warranty claims which would result in higher pricing of our products, please make sure to keep the following guidelines:

- Please always keep the original packaging
- Please read the manual and make sure to handle the product accordingly
- Make sure your device is connected to power
- In some cases, some training and getting used to handling the device might be needed

Should there be a real technical problem, please have the following information available when phoning one of our call centers:

- Your name, address and telephone No.
- Your receipt with the place your bought the device from, the date it was bought and the serial No. Should the serial No not be on the receipt, you can find it at the back of the unit.
- A very detailed failure definition
- The settings of your unit, which can be found on your “Warranty-Service-Card” which is supplied with your device
- Your invoice for additional service options (only applicable, if you bought the unit with additional service)

Please understand, that additional services have to be charged for to those who will not comply with this.
